- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
