- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown.
- Pour in the Thai sweet chili sauce and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
