- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 Thai chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and chilies, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Stir in Thai basil leaves and cook until wilted.
- Serve hot over jasmine rice.
