- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; cook for 2 more minutes.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
- Place lettuce, beef mixture, cucumber, and carrot on the wrapper.
- Roll tightly and tuck in the sides.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
