- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, combine sweet chili sauce and soy sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can be frozen for later use.
