  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt, pepper, allspice, and nutmeg.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
  5. Remove meatballs and set aside.
  6. Add flour to the skillet and stir until golden.
  7. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly.
  8. Stir in heavy cream and return meatballs to the skillet.
  9. Simmer for 10 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.

Notes
