Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Form meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine beef broth and sour cream.
  5. Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
  6. Add the uncooked egg noodles on top.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over everything.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and noodles are tender.
