- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Form meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine beef broth and sour cream.
- Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
- Add the uncooked egg noodles on top.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over everything.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and noodles are tender.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
