  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and boil the whole head for 5-7 minutes to soften the leaves.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, sautéed onion and garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Carefully remove cabbage leaves and fill each leaf with a spoonful of the beef mixture.
  6. Roll the leaves tightly and tuck in the ends.
  7. Place rolls in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes.
