Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the cauliflower and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/agave.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
