Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the cauliflower and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/agave.
  • Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
  • For extra spice, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
