- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the stuffed chicken breasts on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

- Serve with a side salad or vegetables.
- Use toothpicks to secure the chicken if needed.
