Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder.
  3. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
