- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder.
- Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
- This dish can be made ahead and baked later.
