Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add steak strips and cook until browned.
- Stir in paprika, then add beef broth and heavy cream.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Combine pasta shells with the sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
