Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, onion, brown sugar, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.

- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar.
- Use frozen chicken if needed, but increase cooking time.
