- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, buffalo wing sauce, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir back into the chili before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

- Adjust the level of buffalo sauce to suit your spice preference.
- Top with sour cream, cheese, or green onions for added flavor.
