- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 cup onions, chopped

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, brown the beef over medium heat.
- Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
- Add the broth, carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Adjust seasoning before serving.
