Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté until soft.
  4. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning. Stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add rice and stir to coat in oil.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. Stir in shrimp and cook until pink.
  9. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
