- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form the beef into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, onions, and bell peppers.
- Cover the grill to melt the cheese.
- Remove patties and place them on hamburger buns.
- Serve immediately.
