Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the tomatoes for 20 minutes until they are soft.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Add pesto and roasted tomatoes to the pasta and mix well.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
