- 1 head of cabbage, sliced into thick rounds
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place cabbage slices on a baking sheet.
- Top each cabbage slice with a turkey patty.
- Brush the cabbage with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
