Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in turkey broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add potatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Stir in turkey, green beans, and corn.
  8. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Adjust seasonings as needed and serve hot.
