- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped cabbage.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and pepper.
- Cook until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
