- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, ketchup, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Combine until fully mixed.
- Add mixed vegetables and half of the cheese to the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use ground turkey instead of beef.
- You can add your favorite herbs for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
