- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with rice or grilled vegetables.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar.
