Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burger with lettuce, tomato, and cheese if desired.
- Serve hot.
