- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- Pour honey BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust the sweetness of the sauce to your liking.
- Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
