- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, green beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, and potatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
