- 8 oz steak, sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add steak slices, cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce, stir fry for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh vegetables for better flavor.
- Adjust the soy sauce to taste.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
