- 2 cups whole wheat flour

- 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into rectangles.
- Place mozzarella cheese and chopped turkey pepperoni on each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
