Instructions

  2. Add onion and bell pepper, and sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve mixture on whole wheat buns.
