- 4 cups diced potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, ham, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- You can use leftover ham for this recipe.
