- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups cooked rice

- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper and broccoli, cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, mix well.
- Serve mixture over cooked rice.
