Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the chopped peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any color of bell peppers.
- Serve with rice or tortillas if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
