Grilled Cheese Burrito: 7 Cheesy Steps to Happiness

A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich wrapped in a burrito.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle half of each cheese over the tortilla.
  4. Add bacon, tomatoes, and jalapenos on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the fillings.
  6. Top with the second tortilla.
  7. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Carefully flip the burrito and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before slicing.
