Ingredients

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half of each cheese over the tortilla.
- Add bacon, tomatoes, and jalapenos on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the fillings.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the burrito and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before slicing.

- Customize with your favorite fillings.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
