- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup uncooked egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and bell pepper.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth to the skillet. Stir well.
- Mix in the uncooked egg noodles.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for ground beef.
- Add vegetables like peas or corn for extra nutrition.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen.
