Instructions
- Soak shrimp in buttermilk for 30 minutes.

- Fry shrimp in hot oil until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
- Toss fried shrimp in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
