Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, bread crumbs, green onions, egg, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into balls.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp balls until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce.
