- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken with honey BBQ sauce and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain potatoes and return to pot.
- Add milk, butter, and Parmesan cheese to potatoes.
- Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Serve chicken with mashed potatoes on the side.
