- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 12 taco shells
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Sour cream for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Place tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and shells are crispy.
- Garnish with onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve with sour cream.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use your favorite cheese for added flavor.
- For spicier tacos, add jalapeños.
