Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Dip each chicken cutlet in ranch dressing, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
- Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Toss broccoli and bell peppers in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add veggies to the air fryer during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the veggies before serving.
