- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the cauliflower florets with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Dip the florets into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Place the coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
