Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to form a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the florets and toss them in buffalo sauce mixed with olive oil.
- Return the sauced florets to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by using more or less buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
