- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, cooked ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the ricotta and beef mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add spinach or other vegetables to the filling for added nutrition.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
