Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, spinach, and artichokes.
- Add Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

- Serve warm.
- Great with rice or a salad.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
