Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, spinach, and artichokes.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
