Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use any type of mushrooms you prefer.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
