- 8 ounces elbow macaroni

Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour to the melted butter and whisk for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk and heavy cream, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted.
- Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.

- For added flavor, include garlic powder or paprika.
- Top with breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping if desired.
