Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet.
- Stuff the salmon pockets with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place stuffed salmon in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
