  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package (2.5 oz) tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef.
  4. Add kidney beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  5. Stir the mixture until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Top with tater tots evenly.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy.
