- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package (2.5 oz) tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add kidney beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir the mixture until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with tater tots evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave.
