Instructions

  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the eggrolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
