- 2 cups chili verde
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet.
- Spread a layer of rice on each tortilla.
- Add chili verde on top of the rice.
- Sprinkle cheese, onions, and cilantro over the chili verde.
- Roll up the tortillas to form burritos.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining chili verde and cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until heated through.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken or beef for a different protein.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Serve with additional sour cream on the side.
