- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and sauté until tender.
- Stir in the Marsala wine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cooked pasta, and the mushroom sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier version, use low-fat cream.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli.
